Shipping Policy

All prices on our site are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD), and will be charged in Australian Dollars. Bok by Narella products are available for purchase on this website and can also be purchased at retail stores, see stockists.
This policy only applies to purchases directly made online from bokbynarella.com.

Shipping Destinations

We deliver Australia wide though Australia Post.
We will ship Internationally.

Delivery Costs

  • Within Australia:  All Handbags, we charge a flat rate of $10.00.- Home wares, price on application – depending on items chosen. Contact us at look@bokbynarella.com for a quote.
  • Internationally:  We will contact you with a quote based on country, size & weight of your order.

All orders are processed within 5 business days, (excluding delivery), subject to payment clearance & stock availability.
Orders outside Australia may be subjected to import duties, customs charges and/or taxes once they arrive in your country. Your order is sent on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid); therefore all prices displayed at checkout are exclusive of all taxes and duties.

Returns

We accept returns for faulty items within 14 days of the dispatch of your order. We will offer a full refund or exchange on faulty goods. Items are classified faulty if they are received damaged. Please be aware that our products are made from hide & leather & there will be natural variations, these are not to be considered imperfections or flaws. Faulty items will be exchanged for the same type of product in the same size. If you have purchased from a retail store you will need to return to that store.
